Ray Olubowale a 3 time Canadian Champion

On Thursday night at Casino Montreal in front of a sold out crowd Promoted by GYM former 2 time Canadian became a 3 time Canadian Champion by stopping a very game Eric Barrack with a 3 rd round KO and claim the C.P.B.C. Canadian Heavyweight Championship. The fight was not boring for one second and exciting right till the end. This was the co-main event of the night with rising start Custio Clayton fighting the main event of the night that did not leave anyone dissapointed.

C.P.B.C. in Saskatoon

The C.P.B.C. was in Saskatoon this weekend February 27th 2016 for the C.P.B.C. Canadian Super Middleweight title fight between home town fighter Paul Bzdel and Shakeel Phinn from Montreal Quebec. The show was promoted by Page Promotions (Denis Page) was almost sold out and was the first pro show in Saskatoon in almost two decades.

Rob Nichols wins the C.P.B.C. Cruiserweight Title

New C.P.B.C. Cruiser-weight Champion Rob Nichols

Friday night December 11th 2015 in Calgary saw two Cruiserweights battle it out for the then reigning champion Frank White's C.P.B.C Title. The fight started a little slow but soon picked up speed with both warriors throwing bombs at each other. A few times during the mid rounds it looked like White had Nichols in some trouble but the tough Nichols would come back. Also in the mid to late rounds it looked like Nichols had White in trouble but then White would come back, so after a hard fought ten rounds it was 97-93 97-93 97-93 for the winner and new C.P.B.C.

C.P.B.C. Western Canadian Men's Middleweight Championship

The Fight between Paul Bzdel vs Aubrey Morrow was nothing short of what was predicted, an all out war with both fighters putting in 100% of their guts and skills. Bzdel had Morrow cut and banged him up pretty good, it seemed like Bzdel was going to take this one but in the 7th round Morrow found some reserved energy and landed a big shot putting Bzdel on the ropes and following up with more shots that got the referee to step in and stop the action and Aubrey Morrow winning the C.P.B.C Western Canadian Middleweight Championship.

C.P.B.C. Western Canadian Women's Bantamweight Championship

The Fight between Alisah McPhee vs Peggy Maerz was a good fight with both girls feeling the waters early but then Alisah started boxing and moving and taking the lead to win a unanimous decision by scores of 78-74 77-75 79-73. and win the C.P.B.C Western Canadian Women's Bantamweight Championship.

C.P.B.C. Eastern Canadian Super Middleweight Title

The fight between Arsenault vs. Upshaw for the C.P.B.C. Eastern Canadian Super middleweight Title was all out war for six solid rounds. It was non-stop action from beginning to end with the fight ending in a draw.

New C.P.B.C International Lightweight Champion

Sizzling Summer Fight Night's main event was Steve Wilcox vs. Imre Nagy from Hungary for the C.P.B.C. International Lightweight Championship. The fight started off slow but quickly picked up speed as Wilcox totally outboxed Nagy. The Hungarian fighter was very game throughout the fight but Wilcox had too much height and reach advantage. After 8 rounds the fight was stopped giving Steve Wilcox a TKO and the new C.P.B.C. International Lightweight Championship.

Eastern Canadian Light heavyweight Champion Travis Connors

The bout between Travis Connors and Jean Paul Arsenault for the C.P.B.C. Eastern Light heavyweight Championship was very entertaining up until Connors ended it with a third round KO and claimed the vacant title.

New C.P.B.C. Middleweight Champion

C.P.B.C. Middleweight Champion Francis LaFreniere, Quebec, June 2014

Saturday June 28th/2014 was one of the best fights seen in years as Francis Lafreniere of Quebec walked in the ring to take on Paul Bzdel of Saskatoon for the vacant C.P.B.C. Middleweight Title. As the fans waited for the match to start, they had no idea what they were about to see. Put simply, it was one of the most exciting and entertaining fight in years. For the first round it was a testing round but after that the fire came up and never went down. Both warriors never stopped punching for 9 hard fought rounds and at the end of the 10th, Francis LaFreniere is the new C.P.B.C.

Double Jeopardy Highlights from Moncton

Saturday February 1st 2014 saw Professional Boxing return to Moncton with Double Jeopardy taking place at ST- Pats center in Moncton. The Show was completely sold out and what a night of action fights. In the first bout Steve Rainford proved too much for opponent Maikel Marcelo Verdicia. It started off evenly but Rainford put a quick end to the bout with a KO in the third.

Summer Heat Highlights from Africville

C.P.B.C. Light welterweight champion Steve Wilcox

On Saturday August 24th 2013 in Africville, Halifax N.S. under the big tent was a great fight card. Two title fights were to be had, the first one the co-main event feature, Steve (The Pirahna) Wilcox came up against Marcel (Little Magic) Maillet for the C.P.B.C. Canadian Light Welterweight Championship. The fans were treated to a very exciting fight with Marcel Maillet showing great courage, the heart of a true warrior and one very tough opponent for Steve Wilcox. 4th Annual Fight for Kids

On April 4th, 2013 the C.P.B.C. was again in Calgary Alberta for the 4th annual Big Brothers and Big Sisters fundraiser. Cannacorp Genuity organized and hosted the fundraiser part of the event while Impact Boxing Promotions organized and hosted the boxing show. What a show it was - two C.P.B.C. titles were on the line to a completly sold out crowd!
